We grew up playing multiplayer games with our friends, and meeting new people through games. Some of the people we trust most today, we met in a lobby. That's what games can do. No other medium has it: you don't watch a game together, you live it together. And somehow mobile, the one screen everyone carries, mostly missed it. Solo sessions, shallow multiplayer, no stories worth retelling. We started Antihero to bring that feeling to mobile, for us and for everyone who plays with us.
We spent years inside some of the best mobile studios in the world. We learned a lot there, we're proud of what we shipped, and we loved making games that hundreds of millions of people loved back. But around us, too much of the industry was drifting somewhere else: fake ads, shitty games, and players losing a little more trust in mobile gaming every year. We didn't want to just watch it happen. We wanted to build the alternative.

We believe gaming is one of the most exciting things in our lives and our players' lives, and it deserves studios that act like it. Gaming brands could be some of the coolest brands in the world, far from the stereotypical neon. A studio with a face, a point of view, and games you actually want to share.
